Bio
Samvith has decades experience with practicing time honored self reflection and mental fitness techniques. His teachings combine his decades long practical mental fitness experience with modern scientific discoveries. Samvith’s day-to-day experience as a father, husband and working professional, ensure that his teachings are grounded in day-to-day realities.
Samvith has a PhD in Information Science with a focus on Emotion and Spatial Cognition. He has experience as a practitioner, manager, mentor and executive in Fortune 100 companies. As a teenager in the 1990s, Samvith trained to practice yoga and meditation under the guidance of spiritual teachers in India. Over the decades, he has practiced yoga and meditation. In 2021, Samvith completed the “Becoming a Teacher of Presence” course, by Eckhart Tolle. More recently, Samvith has learned about the Neuroscientific support for the value of time honored mind fitness techniques.
